Rooftop Guidelines

The Botanical Rooftop was created as a space for connection, creativity and meaningful gatherings. Whether reserved for a private dinner, a small celebration, a wellness session or a creative collaboration, we ask all guests to help preserve the atmosphere that makes this space unique.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Botanical Rooftop Guidelines.

The Botanical Rooftop may only be used for the purpose and number of guests approved during the reservation process.

Any change in attendance, event format or planned activities must be communicated and approved in advance. Activities that exceed the agreed capacity or significantly alter the nature of the gathering may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

The Botanical Rooftop is located within a residential environment and is designed for intimate gatherings rather than large-scale events.

Music is welcome when it complements the atmosphere of the space and remains at respectful levels. The use of amplified sound systems, DJs, live performances or other audio equipment requires prior approval.

Guests are expected to respect agreed schedules and volume limits at all times.

We kindly ask all guests to treat the rooftop, furniture, plants and decorative elements with care.

The Botanical Rooftop is a curated environment designed to be enjoyed by many visitors over time. Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, landscaping or decorative elements may result in additional charges.

Private dining experiences, chefs, catering services and beverage service may be permitted upon prior approval.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage activities respect the condition of the space. Additional cleaning fees may apply when necessary.

Decorations, installations, signage, furniture rearrangements and event-specific setups must be approved before the reservation date.

We encourage thoughtful and minimal interventions that respect the aesthetic character of the rooftop.

Photography, video production and content creation are welcome for personal use.

Commercial productions, branded campaigns, workshops, photoshoots or any activity involving professional crews must be disclosed and approved in advance.

As an outdoor venue, the Botanical Rooftop is subject to weather conditions beyond our control.

In the event of heavy rain, strong winds or other circumstances that may affect safety or comfort, alternative arrangements, rescheduling options or cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A Puerta Cerrada reserves the right to refuse, cancel or end any gathering that does not comply with the agreed conditions, exceeds approved capacity or compromises the safety, atmosphere or integrity of the space.

Our goal is to ensure that every gathering remains aligned with the character and purpose of the Botanical Rooftop.

Guests are expected to use all indoor and outdoor spaces responsibly and at their own risk.
 

Any areas such as rooftops, terraces, stairs, gardens or outdoor amenities should be used with caution and respect for the property and other guests.

Guests are responsible for securing doors, windows, keys and personal belongings during their stay.
 

A Puerta Cerrada is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or disappearance of personal property brought onto the premises.
